Will Hillenbrand is a celebrated author and illustrator of 80 picture books, known for his acclaimed collaborations with writers like Verna Aardema and Jane Yolen. Growing up in Cincinnati as the youngest of four boys, he had childhood adventures and routines—centered on family, the local library, and drawing- his creative voice. Praised for vibrant art and engaging storytelling in books such as THE VOICE IN THE HOLLOW and LIGHT AS A FEATHER, Hillenbrand’s work inspires readers and critics alike. He now creates in his Terrace Park home, shared with his wife, Jane.
