Michael D. Morgan is the author of Over-the-Rhine: When Beer Was King (2010) and Cincinnati Beer (2019). He also teaches beer courses at the University of Cincinnati. Bret Kollmann Baker is one of the co-owners of Urban Artifact, America's largest fruit brewery. He's also the United States Brewery Ambassador for Les Vergers Boiron.Together, Baker and Morgan co-host the Brew Skies Happy Hour podcast, an extensive, ongoing history of American craft beer, and Barstool Perspective, a weekly business and opinion rundown of the beverage industry.
