Paula Johnson Neal is a graduate of The Ohio State University. Prior to becoming a children's book author in 2019, she had been a teacher, administrator, and preschool owner for 25 years. In 2021, Paula was awarded the St. Vincent Family Services Corcoran Award for her first book, I'm Gonna Have A Good Day, educational impact on the agency's children and community. Since 2023, Paula has been featured on WBSN 10TV, NBC4, ABC6 News, WOSU Broad & High for the back title and the newly released Breathe, Gabby, Breathe! Both books are focused on teaching self-regulatory skills to young children.
