Deni Naffziger is an Athens, Ohio poet whose work has appeared in journals including New Ohio Review, Atticus Review, Pine Mountain Sand & Gravel, Spoon River, The MacGuffin, Pikeville Review, Asylum, Pudding Magazine and elsewhere. Her first full-length collection, Desire to Stay, (Stockport Flats Press in 2014), was nominated for the Weatherford Award. Strange Bodies (Shadelandhouse Modern Press, 2023), her second collection, was an Eric Hoffer Award finalist.
