Emma Carlson Berne is a children’s book author, most recently, of Taylor Swift: All Access (Scholastic) and Leo Messi: All Access (Scholastic). Her cookbook for young people, The Crafter's Kitchen: An Official Minecraft Cookbook (Random House), came out in March 2024. Emma often writes about celebrities and pop culture, food, and sports for young readers. Emma spent 2018 as the Writer-in-Residence for the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County. She often speaks about writing to schools and community groups. Emma lives in Cincinnati with her family, where she was also raised.
